Clean room with great A/C but Wi-Fi could be spotty at times.

I had a wonderful stay for two nights. The room was clean with new appliances The location was fantastic, close to dining options and the university. The management was friendly and accommodating. It felt like home. 😊

This motel is a budget-friendly option with clean rooms and friendly staff. While the room was comfortable, it could use some maintenance, particularly with the heating and lighting. It’s perfect for those looking for a simple place to stay while exploring the area.

We were here for a night and found it super cozy. the fridge and microwave were super convenient to have. Loved how close we were to all the best spots in town for dinner. it was a great value! The room felt just like a guest room at a friend's house.

I was impressed with how clean and cozy my room was, allowing for a nice, relaxing atmosphere after my daily adventures. The location couldn’t be better, as it was close to everything I wanted to visit, yet still quiet enough for a good night’s sleep. Jerry, the property manager, stood out for his friendliness and willingness to assist in any way possible. I also appreciated the fact that my room had new appliances that made my stay comfortable and convenient.

However, I did notice some minor issues with the dining options nearby.

I truly appreciated the cozy atmosphere at Sunbeam Motel, especially the clean rooms with charming decor and easy access to local shops and cafes, making it comfortable for seniors like myself to explore and enjoy the area.

More signage for room accessibility would help seniors.

I recently stayed here and loved how clean my room was and how close I was to delicious places to eat, like Splash Cafe and Gino's Pizza, both just a short stroll away, making it perfect for a weekend of exploring the area without the hassle of driving for every meal.

I enjoyed my stay. the room was spacious and had a cozy feel with original hardwood flooring. The daily towel replacements were a nice surprise, and the hot water pressure was great! I would absolutely choose this place again!

Also, the pillows could use some improvement for better comfort. Overall, a nice spot for a budget-friendly trip with some areas for improvement.
